CRL Marshfield Garden Tour
We are very pleased to announce our Annual Marshfield Home Garden Tour.
This year’s event takes place on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from 10 A.M. to 3 P.M., rain or shine. It features six different gardens located throughout Marshfield, all unique in their beauty and composition. This year’s tour also includes a special event at the Clift Rodgers Library and Consignment Shop.

An Evening of Poetry with Elaine Sorrentino
Join former Clift Rodgers Librarian Elaine Sorrentino as she shares stories and poems about growing up in New England, working at Clift Rodgers Library, writing humorous haiku, and making the jump from journalist to poet, choosing to tell her story in verse.
Elaine is author of Belly Dancing in a Brown Sweatsuit which was released by Kelsay Books in January of 2025. She is relatively new to the poetry scene, and since 2017 has been published in journals such as Minerva Rising, Willawaw Journal, Glass: A Journal of Poetry, Gyroscope Review, Ekphrastic Review, Quartet Journal,
ONE ART: a journal of poetry, Etched Onyx Magazine, and Haikuniverse. Elaine is a lover of ekphrastic poetry and haiku, holds a journalism degree from Suffolk University, facilitates the Duxbury Poetry Circle, and lives in Pembroke with her husband Ed and random farm animals that wander into her yard.
Free and open to the public
A book signing follows the presentation. Her book Belly Dancing in a Brown Sweatsuit will be available for purchase. A portion of these proceeds will be donated to Clift Rodgers Library, which is a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization. The library is currently celebrating its 128th year of continuous operation.
